Regular Events	Before the birth	Yoga for Pregnancy - most Saturdays during school term times. A class for relaxing, stretching, and discussing topics relating to the birth.
		Newcomers evenings - every 2 months in a local pub. Get to meet some committee members and other new members in this relaxed, social environment.
		Homebirth Support Group - monthly on a Monday morning. Informal coffee group to discuss the practicalities of home birth, and where to get further information.
		Bra fittings - get a personal fitting for your nursing bras from our nct Bra agent. Call 0844 243 6241 (Option 5) to arrange an appointment.
	After the birth	Breastfeeding counselling - Call 0844 243 6241 (Option 7) if you need some local support with breastfeeding, or the national nct Breastfeeding line on 0300 330 0771 (8am - 10pm).
		BabyTalk - two drop-in groups for parents and non-mobile babies (usually up to 6 months). A breastfeeding counsellor is usually present, and there are regular talks on topics of interest. Meets on Tuesday mornings in Liss Village Hall, and Thursday mornings at the United Reformed Church hall, College Street, Petersfield. Call 0844 243 6241 (Option 1) for information.

		Small Talk - a parent and toddler group, with free play, crafts, stories and songs. Meets every Wednesday (10:00 - 11:30) at Liss Triangle Centre, and every Thursday (10:00 - 12:00) at the United Reformed Church hall, College Street, Petersfield. Call 0844 243 6241 (Option 1) for information.
		Breast pump hire - Call 0844 243 6241 (Option 5) for information.
		Valley cushion hire - call 0844 243 6241 (Option 5) for information.

	Nearly New Sales	Our Nearly New Sales are legendary, and are a great opportunity to get baby equipment, clothes and toys at low prices, while supporting the branch. Our sales are held each year in March, June and October. For further information about selling or purchasing, call 0844 243 6241 (Option 2).
	Searching the Web and Internet Shopping	If you search the web using our search engine http://plnct.easysearch.org.uk/ then we get some money for each search you make. Volunteering	We welcome any help that you can give to keep our branch running. As you can see, we are a very active branch, but could always do with additional help. We are always looking for additional hands to help out at our Small Talk toddler groups. We also need people to help on the newsletter team, the fundraising team, liaising with the NHS, looking for funding, and many more. Why not get in touch and let us know how much time you have and what you would like to do.
